When a ham compleates the volunteer form an email will be sent to you using the subject: "Communication Volunteer: < EVENT NAME >" where < EVENT NAME > is the actual name of the event. When you receive these emails, please try and respond to the individual as quickly as you can, even if it is just a conformation that you received the information.
